Heather Hupke
Assistant Coach

Heather Hupke enters her seventh season as the pitching coach for the Knights in the 2021-22 school year. Hupke came to Wartburg after serving as the head coach of Briar Cliff, Buena Vista, and Independence High School.

Taylor Dickson
Assistant Coach

Taylor Dickson enters her seventh year with the softball program in 2024. She came to Wartburg from Ohio Wesleyan where she was a two-sport athlete as she played basketball and softball for the Battling Bishops. She was a three-time All-Conference selection in softball and two-time honoree in basketball. Dickson was a two-time Academic All-Conference honoree and a four-time member of the Dean's List.

In softball her senior season, she hit .355 and co-led the team in doubles (11). In basketball, she was the team's second-leading scorer for the last three seasons and surpassed the 1,000 career point mark her senior year.

Dickson was the head coach of the 18U Ohio Stingrays for one summer after serving as the assistant coach for the two prior seasons.

The Baltimore, Ohio, native graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in health and human kinetics in 2017.

Adrian Norris
Volunteer Assistant Coach

Norris is in his sixth year with the Wartburg softball program. Before coaching softball, Norris coached collegiate baseball for eight years and collegiate football for six. He coached at Sewanee and DePauw University before joining the Wartburg baseball and football staffs in 2015. Norris joined the softball program in 2016.

He also serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Wartburg.
